Hi, I’m Bodhi!

Let me tell you a little about myself. I’m about 3 years old, weigh around 75 pounds, and I’m a German Shepherd mix through and through. That means I’ve got lots of energy, brains to spare, and a big heart that bonds deeply once I trust you.

I’m affectionate, athletic, and loyal — the kind of dog who loves to stay active. Walks? Hikes? Playtime? Adventures? Count me in! I’m happiest when I’ve got structure, daily exercise, and a “job” to do, whether that’s training, exploring outdoors, or just keeping you company.

I’ve had professional training (including several weeks of e-collar work) and know my basic commands. I’m crate trained, house trained, walk well on leash, and really thrive when my mind and body are kept engaged. I’d do best with someone who understands Shepherds or similar breeds and can continue guiding me with confidence and consistency.

Like many Shepherds, I do best with proper introductions to new people and dogs, but once I warm up, I shine. I get along well with friendly dogs when introduced the right way, and I bond deeply with “my” people. Because I can be protective, I’d be happiest in an adult home without small kids. Cats? I haven’t met enough to know for sure.

I’ve come a long way, and I’m proud of the dog I’ve become. I’m ready to bring love, loyalty, and a whole lot of fun into the right home. Could that be yours?
