This nice little guy was found huddled together with his buddy Jennings on a sidewalk in LA. Waylon and Jennings both were obviously severely neglected – they are so skinny and hungry. Waylon is a tiny guy – very sweet and playful. If you let him, he would probably sit on your lap all day! He truly wants to be your BFF. He is great with other dogs and would be best in a home with a playful, friendly canine pal to spend his days with if you are at work all day. If you can give him the life he deserves – please come down and meet him!
