UPDATE FROM FOSTER ~ “She is very comfortable indoors now. She loves to cuddle on the couch or rest in her day bed. She loves to walk and is good on a leash and when meeting other dogs. She is ok if one person meets with her but becomes anxious if a crowd or group of noisy people come up to her. She is house broken. She has shown no aggressive behavior. She is on the lower energy side but still playful. She doesn’t seem to understand any commands besides “no” and a joyful “come here.” She has not shown any interest in fetch or tug o war. She is a special dog and sure to make someone very happy!”
Valentina is a sweet submissive shy girl. She was living on the streets with a homeless man who could no longer care for her. Life on the streets was stressful and she is a bit timid as a result. She would do best in a calm home where she can come out of her shell slowly and learn that the world is not so scary.
