Tully is a little scruffer and full of personality — as most chihuahua/terriers are! He was in the medical ward for a swollen lip but he seems to have responded to the treatment our vet provided and is ready to just have fun! He’s still a puppy so he will need lots of training but terriers are quick learners and very sharp so training shouldn’t be too challenging. He is good with other dogs and very playful.
