Say hello to Sparky! This poor guy was left at shelter for 6 weeks and matted down to the skin with a knee injury. He is 4 years old, 20 lbs, but sweet, friendly, house broken, loves to be out walking in spite of the pain. We’ll let you know more about him as we get to know him too!
