Slim Jim was found at an abandoned bank parking lot. It took some time and quite a few Slim Jims (hence his name) to convince him to come to his rescuers, but once they had him he was happy to sit in a lap and feel safe. His picture and information were given to local shelters and a local rescue group said they would be on the lookout for any lost dog posts, but also shared that the area where he was found is notorious for dog dumping. After checking for three weeks to see if anyone was looking for him with nobody stepping forward, we are now looking to get this nugget a true forever family. He’s great with other dogs and likes children. He is lower energy but loves to play with other dogs. Slim Jim was failed in the past; can you give him the future he deserves?
