Sir Arthur

At 14, Sir Arthur found himself back at South LA Shelter after being adopted as a puppy. He was left tied to the fence at night outside the animal shelter. We don’t know if he was found or the owners tied him up. We are going to focus on the fact that he is safe now and he is fabulous! (no need to comment on what you think of old owners – we never truly know people’s situations). Sir Arthur has had a senior exam with x-rays and blood-work and is healthy except for a bit of arthritis. He is settling in his temp foster home and good with dogs of all sizes. We are looking for a long-term foster and adopter. Due to his age, his foster is noticing some old man cognitive issues, and we would like to start him on Science Diet BD (Brain Food). We have seen amazing improvements in some of our old dogs on this food.
