Rio is a happy little chihuahua mix boy. He is young and active but was down on his luck and in danger at the shelter because he had a doggie cold — which is enough to get you put on the kill list in an crowded shelter. He is very loving with people and so glad to be out of the shelter. He’s getting over his cold and we think he will do great with another friendly dog in the home. Making him part of your family will be a sure bet!
