Phoebe Rose was pulled from the East Valley Shelter as part of our effort to contribute to making space for the influx of dogs from the horrific Woolsey Fire that has displaced thousands of our neighbors. Phoebe is a super friendly girl who gets along with everyone. She’s great with other dogs. She’s super smart and will need activity and mental stimulation daily.
