FOSTER UPDATE: “He’s definitely a bit reserved at first, but once he gets comfortable there’s a lot of tail wagging and tongue-out happiness going on! He’s housebroken and is very calm, even when other dogs are barking at him.”
This little tri-colored scruffer just needed to get out of the shelter and into a foster home for his personality to emerge. He’s a super smart, happy little guy and he really enjoys being around people.
