Mozart was in the shelter medical ward at the pretty much the worst time of the year — right before the Independence Day influx of lost and injured animals. He had a broken leg but we got him out and to a surgeon to have repairs done. He will need several weeks of crate rest while he heals but he is so sweet and grateful to getting the love and care that he needs.
