This adorable little scruffer came into the shelter a total mess but he’s all cleaned up now. He’s still dealing with some skin and ear issues from his previous neglect, but those will clear up with the medical care he’s receiving. He is blind in his left eye from a congenital birth defect which just gives him a cool white quartz crystal look in that eye. He is a total love bug. Even the vet said he was a dream to handle because he’s so friendly and loving. He seems good with other dogs.
