NEEDS FOSTER ~ Jesse is a rambunctious 8-month old Maltese mix puppy. He was owner surrendered because he was too energetic for his previous family. Puppies are a lot of work! He just needs lots of love, structure and training to polish up his social skills and manners! He really wants to play with other dogs. He is house broken and great with children.
