Notes & Info

Harold settled into his temporary foster quickly wanting to snuggle on the couch and sleep close in the bed. At his senior exam with blood work and x-rays, the vet uncovered something even we were not prepared for…BB pellets. This sweet boy had two BB pellets in him, and the depth on one indicates he was likely shot at close range. He was a stray, so we will never know his story. We won’t focus on the people who did this to him, just that he is safe now. He is used to being inside and still has a love for people and other dogs. He had surgery to remove his lumps (one if which was the size of a grapefruit and making his walk painful). His wish is never to be harmed again and to find him a forever home. We are happy we can be part of this special boy’s journey.
