We intercepted poor little Francois as he was getting turned in at the shelter. Goodness what a sad case of neglect and abuse he was! He had severe ear infections and spray paint on his back. Who knows what else this sweet little puppy has endured. We got him all fixed up and his fosters are teaching him to trust and love people again! He will need a very loving and patient family to give him the life he deserves along with all the training a puppy needs. If you open your heart to him you will never regret it!
