Sweet little Dibbles was at high risk since he is an underage kitten. The shelters don’t have the staffing required to care for them since they must be bottle fed every two hours. Luckily for Dibbles we got him out and into a home with an experienced bottle feeder foster. His personality is already developing and he’s so friendly and feisty!
