NEEDS FOSTER! From her rescuer: Daisy Mae is a boxer mix about 8 years old. She was rescued wandering the hills of Baldwin Park and was very weak when she arrived to Baldwin Shelter. Shortly after she was adopted by me and she immediately made a welcoming presence in our home. She took to our other dog and cat with ease, and I regularly bring my little cousin over to visit her because he loves her “big kisses.” Daisy is a very submissive dog, so I’d request she go to a home with small dogs or a cat because bigger dogs have been aggressive towards her in the past. She does not bark, only gives a little howl when she gets excited about things. She’s 55 lbs of pure love and just needs someone to give her a good home. She would be perfect for an older couple, or a young family that is looking for a dog that requires little physical activity. She loves her walks, but because of her age she’s restricted from being the wild pup she once was. I will provide a kennel, bed, dog bowls, leash and harness, and cost of food if a foster is available. Like I said, she’s great with kids, adults, and other animals alike. I can’t keep her and I’m heartbroken to give her up, but I have no choice. She’s currently up to date on all of her shots and is spayed as well. Thanks again to Erin and Much Love Animal Rescue, you guys are great!
