UPDATE FROM HER FOSTER: “I’ve gotten Cookie to the point that she’s comfortable with petting, scratching, and being picked up very briefly. She has actually become a velcro-kitty, always by my side. It took a lot of work to get her there, but she loves attention (usually when she’s hungry), playing “Attack the Feet in the Morning,” and doesn’t mind being on the bed with me. She also belly flops for me when I get home or when I’m scratching her.”
