UPDATE FROM HER CLOVER HERSELF (!): Hey There! My Name is CLOVER, which is mostly LOVER, just like me – my foster mom isn’t sure if the C is for Cute, Clever or Cool cuz she thinks I’m all of those things.  I’m not sure about all that. She also thinks I’m sweet, smart, loyal and an all around awesome dog.  And I kinda think she’s right there.

I was a good Mama on my own, I kept my babies safe but then they took us to East Valley Shelter.  That was scary.  But the angels at Much Love crew came in and saved us, my pups who got adopted together and now I can relax, and hopefully find my forever home.

I’m an outdoors kinda girl, am great on walks– I don’t even react the barking dogs behind those gates, and I love to run (yes that’s a racing stripe on my head!), I’m fully house trained, I learn things quick, and I love to eat and get treats.   But begging is beneath me.  I haven’t met a dog or child I don’t like, but I am still getting used to this nice human thing, so I’m a little shy at first.  Haven’t been around cats, but I do know the birds and squirrels look pretty interesting and I wouldn’t mind getting a closer look…[flagallery gid=84]

My perfect Sunday would be to take a long walk, play a little, have a good meal, lay in the sun, and snuggle.  Any back scratching, head patting, belly rubbing you have to offer is much appreciated. And yes, when I’m happy my tail wags so hard that my whole body shakes… but do not mistake that for Twerking.  I’m a proud lady.  My foster mom thinks I look like a Lioness… which I like… but then sometimes she says I have a Scooby Doo head.  Maybe that’s because I like to keep one ear up and one ear down, but that’s just how I am.

Riding in cars still really freaks me out, but maybe that’s something you could help me with.   I’m only about 3, and that’s definitely not too old to learn new tricks!  Right now I’m living with my foster mom and her funny dog Jazzy, they lost one of their best buddies and they were really sad.  But I came in and brought some new life into their house.  I made them feel safe, and loved and they’re much happier after spending time with me.  Maybe I could do that for you too!  I have a lot of love in my heart.  Let’s meet for a stroll, or a cup of coffee, my schedule is pretty open.  But you might have to come to my side of town.  Did I mention I live in a TreeHouse in North East L.A.,  it’s really cool.  So come visit us.  Can’t wait to meet you!  XOXO  CLOVER
