Charley spent 3 weeks at the Downey shelter–not a great place for a sensitive and shy boy like himself. Charley warms up quickly though, and has blossomed now that he’s out of the shelter. Charley is eager to please his person and very smart. He does need structure and consistency in his training. He’s very quiet and easy to have around the home.
