MEET BONO! He was included on another medical urgent email to rescues – staff at SLA thought Bono was coming down with pneumonia at the shelter and so he needed out fast. He’s getting good treatment from the vets and it turns out he has bronchitis not pneumonia. He’s very friendly and loves attention from people. He is playful/dominant with other dogs – not aggressive, but still needs to learn some manners. He is a young adult and acts like a puppy. He is athletic, loves to run and explore, but very good at being off leash and returning to me when I call him. He likes being around people, and does not seem like a dog that would run away. Although he is high energy for sure, he also quickly calms down and finds a place to lounge. Bono is a special boy!
