Big Bear was found darting through freeway traffic on the way to Big Bear which is how he got his name. After seeing him almost be hit by a truck his rescuer pulled over and spent 45 minutes getting him coralled to get a leash on him. He was terrified but immediately settled down once in the lap of his rescuer. His picture and information were given to local shelters and a local rescue group said they would be on the lookout for any lost dog posts, but also shared that the area where he was found is notorious for dog dumping. After checking for three weeks to see if anyone was looking for him with nobody stepping forward, we are now looking to get this adorable scruffer a true forever family. He’s great with other dogs and likes children. He is a total snuggle buddy and loves to be in your arms. Big Bear is ready to share the love of a true forever family.
