Alfred is a sweet old man who needs a few minutes to warm up before he trusts you. Once he relaxes, he is super affectionate and cuddly. He quickly settled into his temporary foster home and soaked up all the attention he could get. Alfred ended up in the shelter because his previous owner had a health issue that prevented her from caring for him herself anymore. As a senior he doesn’t need a lot of exercise, and is happy to spend his days napping, cuddling and going for leisurely walks around the neighborhood. He’s good with other dogs.
