Before adopting a dog, we require an approved application, a homecheck, a signed contract and a $175 donation for dogs and $200 for puppies to cover the dog's health-related expenses and boarding while in our care. All of our animals are spayed or neutered, have current shots and are microchipped.

Chunky

Hi I'm Chunky and I am a beautiful adult pit mix girl who wants to come home with you! I love, love, love all people and kids and my tail really never stops wagging. I have a gorgeous black and white coat that shines and makes me look so beautiful that when you walk me people will turn and stare. I like most dogs - but some I don't want to be friends with - and and I don't really fancy the felines. Doesn't everyone need a little Harmony in their life? We think so! When you meet this energetic girl, you will love her. Harmony was found abandoned with her 2 puppies - and now the puppies have great homes - so now it's her turn! She is smart, athletic, and affectionate. She wants to meet every dog that comes her way. Harmony could bring a lot of peace, love, and (that's right) Harmony to a loving home!

Nectarine

Nectarine is a terrific five month old black and tan male terrier puppy who was dumped at the Baldwin Park shelter on March 6th because he was too energetic for an old couple. Outgoing and affectionate with a huge personality and tons of kisses, Nectarine seems to be either running for mayor or trying to win the Mr. Popularity contest at the shelter. A fantastic puppy, Nectarine will make an outstanding pet for any family!

Melon

Hi I am Melon. I was rescued by the lovely people at Much Love. I am so glad that they came that day. I am just a 5 month old puppy and could have spent my fun days in that horrible shelter. I am a typical puppy. I love to run and play and will roll over for a belly rub. I am submissive and love people and other dogs sooo much. I am going to big they say, I trip over my paws sometimes. Come and meet me and I will kiss you all over.

Guava

Guava is an incredibly sweet one year old cream colored female terrier puppy who came into the shelter as a stray on March 3rd. Weighing fifteen pounds, this medium energy level girl is full of kisses and loves to be cuddled. Great with people and other dogs, Guava may be already housebroken. She is highly food motivated and learns things quickly - so she can be taught all sorts of neat tricks. Athletic and agile, Guava will make a terrific family pet!

Roscoe

Roscoe is under a year old, a little Shepherd/Hound mix. He is adorable! He's a sweet active boy who is good with other dogs. We will only put him in a home with other dogs because he loves them so much and he gets lonely without his canine pals. He needs an owner who will take the time to exercise him - he isn't a "hyper" dog though. Roscoe is a fantastic running buddy and is good on leash. He loves his meals, but is not food aggressive at all. He is completely housebroken and very, very smart and loyal. Roscoe is just a great all-around guy!

Apricot

I kept getting overlooked at the shelter than it happened, one day last week Much Love picked me I could not believe it. Now I just need to find my forever home, I love people and other dogs!

Hi I'm Snuggle, and yes I am a Puggle. I am too cute for words! I am a typical puggle - friendly, goofy, and adorable. The kind of dog that everyone will stop you on the street to pet if you adopt me. I'm fine with all that attention! I adore people and have no problem with other dogs. I haven't met a cat yet. I hope you come meet me and take me home!
