Following are the online forms that will get you started in the application process.  You must be 25 years of age to foster or adopt a Much Love animal.

Before adopting a dog, we require an approved application, a homecheck, a signed contract and a $200 donation to help cover the health-related and boarding expenses while in our care. Puppies require a $250 donation.

Before adopting a cat, we require an approved application, a homecheck, a signed contract and a $125 donation to help cover the health-related and boarding expenses while in our care.  Kittens require a $175 donation.
