Following are the online forms that will get you started in the application process.

The application to Foster or Adopt is the same.   Fosters, please fill out the form as if you were adopting.  We do this because so many fosters end up adopting!  We ask our fosters to transport their animal to the weekend mobile adoption in Santa Monica on Sundays.

You must be 25 years of age to foster or adopt a Much Love animal.



Before adopting a dog, we require an approved application, a homecheck, a signed contract and a $200 donation to help cover the health-related and boarding expenses while in our care. Puppies require a $250 donation.

Before adopting a cat, we require an approved application, a homecheck, a signed contract and a $125 donation to help cover the health-related and boarding expenses while in our care.  Kittens require a $175 donation.
