Holly is a 2 year old female “toddler” with black, grey and tan coloring. Her birthday is in October. She is an “all American” mixture with some German Shepherd. She was rescued from the Los Angeles Shelter by her 91 year old owner. Unfortunately, shortly after being adopted her owner became ill and was hospitalized for 4 months. During the hospitalization and after the owner came home she was kept in the back yard during the day and at night she was brought into the house where she slept in her crate. Her owner never had the opportunity to give her all the loving and playful attention a puppy and young dog needs The owner’s health continues to deteriorate and she is unable to give Holly the attention she needs. Holly has never had someone to play with her, pet her, rub her tummy and love her because of the owner’s illness. Holly needs a real family!
Holly is high energy, but in a loving environment with attention and instruction from her new family she will be a great pet. She is eager to please and very smart so she will be responsive to training.
